How to Enroll in eStatements

 

1. Log into your Charter Bank online banking. On the left side of your screen, click on Documents.

 

2. Select Statements as the document type and Select All accounts. Do not change the date range. Click Apply.

3. A terms and conditions box will pop up on your screen. Scroll to the bottom and click View Test Document.


4. A PDF document will generate in the downloads area of your computer browser. Click on it to open. Once you have successfully viewed the PDF, you can close it.

5. Check Select All or individually select Statements & Notices for each account. Click Accept Terms to finish.

 

Note: If Accept Terms is grayed out, you likely did not successfully view the test document and will need to go back and do that.
